Mastercare has been in business for over 40 years now, previously trading as Early Bird – ‘Beep Beep’. Repairing home appliances and offering easy home appliance maintenance repair plans and additional benefits.

The new website brings their brand to life and allows visitors to apply for a diverse range of maintenance plans or book a repair directly via a user-friendly digital form on the site. We’ve simplified the process for you to get your home appliances fixed as soon as possible and experience their award winning service.

Project Overview

Mastercare has a diverse target audience and the website redesign required serious SEO research and digital marketing strategy in place before we started the Web process. With a new intuitive sitemap (navigation menu) and individual page content structure (wireframes with information architecture) to make it easier for visitors to find the content that they need as quickly as possible with clear paths to key content. Our goal was to improve the content flow and make it user-friendly for both existing and new Mastercare customers.

Our Approach

This custom designed brochure website has been integrated into WordPress for the user-friendly Content Management System (CMS), for improved customisation and content accessibility. We created an easy to use, SEO optimised searchable product catalogue with clear conversion points for visitors to interact with on the site and request a quote or apply for a new home appliance maintenance plan.

This brochure site is easy to navigate. With site-wide SEO and copywriting, we laid a solid foundation to build organic search traffic and improve rankings. The new ‘Maintenance Plans’ page provides a great way to connect with site visitors and highlight the incredible work that Mastercare is well known for. The user experience is intuitive and actively drives leads through the ‘Book a Repair’ contact form to convert them to loyal customers.
