Mastercare has a diverse target audience and the website redesign required serious SEO research and digital marketing strategy in place before we started the Web process. With a new intuitive sitemap (navigation menu) and individual page content structure (wireframes with information architecture) to make it easier for visitors to find the content that they need as quickly as possible with clear paths to key content. The new ‘Maintenance Plans’ page provides a great way to connect with site visitors and highlight the incredible work that Mastercare is well known for. The user experience is intuitive and actively drives leads through the ‘Book a Repair’ contact form to convert them to loyal customers.
